The system features a comprehensive analytics dashboard, a robust module for processing KYC submissions, and a detailed interface for user administration. Ultimately, this platform empowers a FinTech company to manage its operations more efficiently, enhance regulatory compliance, and make data-driven decisions with greater confidence.
Growing FinTech companies face major operational challenges from slow, risky KYC processes and scattered business data. This inefficiency leads to a poor customer onboarding experience, hinders data-driven decision-making, and ultimately limits the company’s ability to scale effectively.
The primary goal of this project is to design and develop a centralized admin dashboard that empowers a FinTech company to manage its back-office operations efficiently, ensure regulatory compliance, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
The client’s primary business goal was to implement a technological solution that would enable them to strengthen their market position by enhancing operational efficiency and improving the overall customer experience.
I am UI/UX designer here. I collect information from users and make some research on requirements. Draw wireframe, then high fidelity design. My last job was the prototype.
