Basic Steps about POS
1- Conduct a thorough analysis of your business requirements and transaction processes to identify specific pain points and areas for improvement.
2- Collaborate with stakeholders and domain experts to define the key features and functionalities required in the POS application.
3- Design a user-friendly and intuitive interface that simplifies the transaction process and enhances the overall user experience.
4- Develop the backend infrastructure and database architecture to securely store and process transactional data.
5- Implement advanced POS functionalities such as inventory management, order processing, payment processing, and integration with other business systems.
6- Ensure seamless integration with hardware components like barcode scanners, receipt printers, and card readers to enable smooth transaction processing.

My Role
I am Lead designer here. I collect information from users and do some research on requirements. Draw wireframe, then high fidelity design. My last job was the prototype.
POS
Prototype was tested by real users. Collect 100 user feedback. The result is 75% positive feedback. Also, final products were tested by QA.
