I focused on reducing cognitive load, modernizing the UI, and ensuring a smoother, faster experience across all core wallet features without disrupting the familiarity for existing users.

Client Goal

The main goal for the FastPay app is to be a one-stop platform for all loan and finance needs.The app should let users easily apply for new loans, track their loan application status, and manage existing loans with clear installment and payment histories. This includes allowing them to make installment payments and full repayments directly within the app.

Basic Steps about FastPay Agent App

  • From the app’s main dashboard, find and select the option for “Loan Service” or Pay Bill.
  • f you have multiple loans, choose the specific one you want to pay from the list.
  • The app will show you an overview of your loan, including the total “Pending Loan Repayment” and the “Upcoming Installment Due” amount and date.
  • To pay the next installment, tap the “Pay Installment Now” button.
  • Alternatively, you can choose to “Pay in Full” to clear the entire remaining balance at once.
  • The app will guide you to the payment screen. Make sure you have enough balance in your FastPay account to cover the payment.
  • Follow the final on-screen instructions to confirm the payment and settle the installment.

My Role

I am UI/UX designer here. I collect information from users and make some research on requirements. Draw wireframe, then high fidelity design. My last job was the prototype.

Prototype was tested by real users. Collect 100 user feedback. The result is 85% positive feedback.
