Client Goal

Card Selling Agent App is a mobile application built for agents involved in gift card and top-up sales. I was responsible for refining the UI/UX based on detailed stakeholder feedback and ensuring smooth user journeys for both onboarding and daily operational tasks. The design focused on simplicity, accuracy, and ease of use, especially for agents handling high-volume interactions.

  • Moved language selection to the top of the landing page.Added Face ID and Touch ID toggle (with user journey)
  • Improved profile setup with field validation and preview step.Mobile OTP now supports WhatsApp or SMS.
  • Support system updated with clearer labels like “Create Ticket” and “Ticket Details”
  •  
    Mobile OTP now supports WhatsApp or SMS
  • Cancel request renamed to “Cancel Ticket” with better popup design

 

  • Dashboard “Account Level” now links to detail view.
  • Added “Tier Detail” button and improved bottom navigation flow
  • Clear success/error alerts for login, registration, and password flows
  • Redesigned report pages and added “Report a Transaction” button
  • Dashboard “Account Level” now links to detail view

My Role

I am UI/UX designer here. I collect information from users and make some research on requirements. Draw wireframe, then high fidelity design. My last job was the prototype.

Success

Prototype was tested by real users. Collect 100 user feedback. The result is 85% positive feedback.
